Project Management


SRC provides dedicated staff to manage the project and keep the project or program running smoothly – staying on time and budget while making tangible progress towards your end goals. Examples of this could include:

  • Project planning: developing a project terms of reference or project charter, developing funding proposals, drafting budgets
  • Project coordination: timeline and budget management, logistics, scheduling, meeting facilitation, report writing, tracking progress
  • Project analysis: analysis, summary reports, evaluation

Examples include:

  • Providing technical expertise and project management services for the Canadian Biosphere Reserves Association Pathway to Target 1 Other Conservation Measures Project
  • Providing project management services to the Natural Environment Climate Change Collaborative
  • Managing the development of a one-day event for 100 people showcasing natural environment climate change adaptation projects for the Natural Environment Climate Change Collaborative
  • Acting as the project manager and contact point between the technical team and the conservation authority staff in the development of a Forest Management Plan.
